Named in honor of a couple from Connecticut who have visited many times over the years. Our claim is that George Washington never slept here but Peter and Edna Hewes have. Floral wood inlay grace an 1800’s bed set. Colored in "Hewes" of blue and yellow, the walls are delft printed. The fireplace tiles are cobalt blue hand painted delft from Holland. Ralph Lauren blue and white delft printed bedding compliments perfectly!
